Collaborative Session at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia
Kuala Lumpur – The Research Centre for Arabic Language and Islamic Civilization at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) recently hosted a collaborative session focused on enhancing Arabic language learning for non-native speakers.The session, led by several UKM professors, highlighted innovative educational platforms and tools from Almotahida Education Group aimed at improving instruction and engagement for non-native Arabic learners.
Key solutions showcased were Bareq, an interactive digital platform for Modern Standard Arabic enrichment from Almotahida; and Kalemon e-School, a blended Arabic language learning system with textbooks and assessments also developed by Almotahida. Participants expressed optimism that these cutting-edge platforms have potential to increase access and transform outcomes for non-native Arabic students. They stated, Kalemon and Bareq exemplify the type of 21st century educational technologies we want to integrate to help more learners succeed.
